Who do we collect personal information from

We collect personal information about you only when you provide that information to us, through the email subscription process, or through contacting us directly by email.

How we use your personal information
We will use your personal information to respond to communications from you, and to send you emails from Austin-Sparks.Net email lists that you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe or change your subscription any time. Information on how to do this is contained in the footer of every list email sent out.

If necessary, we may disclose your personal information to:the company in the USA that hosts and maintains our IT system and data storage that we use to host the website, any other person authorised by the Act or another law (e.g. a law enforcement agency), or any other person authorised by you.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk. If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your personal information. We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information. We reserve the right to use cookies (an alphanumeric identifier that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive so that we can recognise your browser) to monitor your use of the website and to provide you with a better experience in visiting our website. You may disable cookies by changing the settings on your browser, although this may mean that you cannot use all of the features of the website.

Google search

Our website uses Google Site Search. You can access the search facility in the menu header on every page on our website. In doing so, we securely pass your search phrase on to Google’s processing engine. In submitting a search phrase you will be subject to Google’s Terms and Conditions. This is no different to using www.google.com. The scope of any search made in this way is limited to pages on our website.
